It's for people who build or govern AI in practice — engineers, ML/data folks, and the governance, policy, risk, security and legal people who keep it accountable. If you're shipping real work — a repo, a prototype, a deployed system, a policy in force — and you want it governed, not just fast, you belong here. We weigh what you've built over what you call yourself.

It's not a place to recruit, source deals, or pitch an audience, and it's not for pure spectators — the Library is open to everyone regardless. Screening is transparent and recorded, never a silent no; membership is registration-gated — never money or secrecy.
