Decide one action against your rule.

You wrote a rule in step 3. Now an action is proposed. Decide it — allow, constrain, hold or deny — and leave a decision receipt: the rule, the action, the decision and a hash you can copy onto your Wren Card. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere. The signed receipt is step 5, in Beacon.
